哀(Kana-shimi)Sorrow

This letter has a meaning of “Sorrow.”
Originally, the upper side of this letter is a hat of dead person, and the underside is clothes of dead person. The middle is a mouth.
Therefore, the whole of this letter’s shape is hiding the mouth with clothes when someone died, and this letter has a meaning of sorrow.
